Parties & Celebrations!
A SHAC Party is a great way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion at any age! Our outdoor loving adventure leaders will ensure that your party goers have a great time either on our SUPs or exploring the woods.
SUP Parties
£35 per person
Come and celebrate your special day at The SHAC Lagoon with a SUP Party! In addition to teaching SUP skills, we can build a slide, play games and participants can ride the giant SUP board. Suitable from age 7 up.
A SUP Party lasts for one hour on the water.
For a small party of upto 12 people, please book a Family and Friends sessions via our Booking calendar as follows:
- For upto 6 people, please book a single Family and Friends session.
- If you would like to bring 7 to 12 people, you will need to book 2 Family and Friends sessions with the same start time.
- For groups of over 12, please contact us to book.
To cater for your guests you are welcome to bring a picnic, or use the El Rocinante onsite catering. Alternatively, for fine dining, you can book a table at the Buckland Park Reverie Restaurant.
Woodland Parties
From £350 for 12 people (13 -18 people £400)

Parties can be tailored to suit the age, ability and interests of your group. A Woodland Party comprises of two hours of activities and upto an hour to feed your guests and (age dependent!) raise a glass. We always have a good supply of marshmallows to toast around the camp fire. Contact Us to Book.
Read this before you Book
SHAC Woodland Parties are a great way to celebrate a Birthday or other celebration & are perfect for those who love being outdoors. To find out more about our parties, read our FAQs for a comprehensive list of things to wear and bring to a SHAC party. We will send you a link for you to forward to the partygoers giving details of our location and a kit list. The price of a party is £300 for up to 12 people. You are welcome to bring a larger number, please ask us for a quote for larger groups.
For children’s parties:
- We ask parents/carers to take the role of helper to assist our SHAC Woodland Adventure leader during the activities to give the children the best possible experience.
- We will send you a link to a permission form, necessary for each child attending, so you won’t need to chase them for the forms.
- Catering is to be done by the parents. You can either supply a cold picnic style meal, or cook over the campfire. We can help you by setting up the grill & giving advice on suitable menus which we will send out with the party confirmation.
