The evening will begin with our guided breathwork, giving you the opportunity to slow down, notice your breath and begin to become aware of & harness its power, & learn how your breathe can be used as a tool to help support you during moments of physical, emotional or mental stress, and help to lower anxiety & increase a sense of wellbeing.

Start your journey by harnessing the transformative power of your breath. Yogic Movement:

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, you’ll find movements that resonate with your body’s unique needs in the moment.
Sunset Dip:
Conclude the evening with a refreshing dip in the lagoon, as the day gently transitions into night. Let the soothing waters wash over you and nourish your mind, body, and soul as you watch life on The Lagoon settle down for the night.
