Every Monday evening at The SHAC, we gather to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect — with nature, with each other, and with ourselves.

No pressure. No posturing. Just good people doing simple things that feel good.

Expect a blend of mindful outdoor activities and meaningful conversation — from paddleboarding and swimming in the lake, to trail runs, raft building, campfire chats, and other nature-based experiences that bring us back to what matters.

It’s not about performance. It’s not a competition. It’s about presence, connection, and being part of something real.
